How long will it take to get my hat? All hats are handmade to order. The current time between ordering and shipping is 1 - 2 weeks. We try to get hats mailed out before this time, but it depends on our current order volume. All hat orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Items marked "ready to ship" are premade and do not have this waiting time! Shipping time depends on where you live and the speed of the postal service. What types of payment do you accept? We accept Credit Card payments, PayPal, and Interac Email Transfers (Canadian customers only). We accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards are billed in Canadian dollars. Transaction will appear on your credit card statement as "BEAUTICONTROL-SPUNKY KITTGUELPH" (sorry it's so weird, I have no control over it) We accept all types of payments through PayPal (direct payment, eCheque/eCheck, credit card payment, etc). If you pay by eCheque/eCheck, hats are not made or shipped until the funds clear. Canadian residents have the option of using an Interac Email Money Transfer (Interac for Canadian funds only). Hats are not made or shipped until the full payment is received. This option is available to Canadian customers who bank at BMO, CIBC, RBC, ScotiaBank or TD Canada Trust and have online banking abilities. Please see your bank or certapay.com for more details. My hat doesn't look exactly like the picture! All of our hats are handmade to order. We don't have a warehouse full of hats; each hat is custom made for you when you order it. This means that there are minor variations in each and every hat, and this is part of what makes your hat unique! Hat Sizing Information All hats are approximately 22 inches around at the brim. This fits an average sized adult head. Spunky Kitty Style hats are made from stretchy fleece, and should accomodate heads from 22 inches to about 25 inches around. If you require a larger or smaller size, please contact us before ordering and we'll see what we can do for you! Child Safety While our hats do depict cute animals, they are not children's toys. Hats may have small parts and are not intended for small children. Can I get a custom fleece colour for my hat? Yes! However, if a colour is not listed on the Fleece Colours page, I probably do not have it in stock. Please email me at least 6 weeks before you need your hat so I can try and get that colour for you! Hat Care Directions Treat gently. Wash in cool to warm water Tumble dry using low to medium heat setting. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean. Taxes Ontario residents must pay 8% PST.
