Hats are shipped via Canada Post.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it in original, unworn condition within seven (7) days for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email service@spunkykitty.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping back your item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please return the item in the original packaging and include the original invoice and write the RMA clearly on the package.
We are sorry, but custom items cannot be returned with the exception of defective items. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is defective. Final sale items cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for returns lost or stolen in shipping; we suggest using a shipping method that allows for tracking and insurance.
